1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date.
The remaining balance is due the day of the session.
Your session is not confirmed until payment is received.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations: You may cancel your session up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. If you choose to cancel without rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited, as it was held to reserve your session date.
Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without losing your deposit, subject to availability. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to adjust your date or time.
Weather or Emergencies: If weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances make the session unsafe or impossible, we will work together to reschedule at no additional cost. New session timing will depend on availability.
If you need to reschedule due to illness, or emergency, we will make every effort to accommodate.
No-shows or late arrivals beyond 20 minutes may result in cancellation without refund.
3. Turnaround Time
You will receive a gallery link within 1-3 weeks of your session.
Rush editing may be available for an additional fee.
4. Image Delivery & Usage
All images are delivered digitally via an online gallery.
Final edits are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format. RAW files are not included, and are not an option.
You receive personal-use rights. This means you can print and share for personal purposes, but you may not sell or alter the images.
5. Copyright
Kiehlinit Photography retains all copyright to images.
We reserve the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media unless otherwise requested.
6. Client Responsibility
Please arrive on time and communicate any special requests in advance.
We are not responsible for missed moments due to tardiness, uncooperative behavior, or unforeseen events.
